Umer's own data: buyers decide on the belief shift in the call, not on an ad or a discount. This page is that belief shift.
The men we call are not lazy. They have started before. They have had good plans. Most have tried more than once.

| He believes | What's actually true |
|---|---|
| "I just need the right diet and program" | He's had good plans. ChatGPT can write one in a minute. The plan broke the week after a bad day, when nobody stepped in |
| "I need to go beast mode for 3 months" | Beast mode is why it lasted two weeks last time. Umer's plans cut down to a few non-negotiables he can hit on his worst day |
| "My job is too demanding for fitness" | The plan expects the job. Diet and training are built around his real week. When a week blows up, it's cut down, not dropped |
| "I'll start after the wedding / festival / January" | That stretch is exactly where every plan he's tried has broken. Starting into it with a coach is the point |
